Return and Refund Policy


Our aim is to ensure that all orders are fulfilled as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Should you wish to make any amendments to your order or cancel it entirely, please email us within one hour of placing your order. Our warehouse cut off time is 1pm GMT weekdays and any orders placed before this time are dispatched on the same working day.

We are unable to recall shipments after they have been dispatched and handed over to the courier.

Refund/Exchange

If you wish to return unwanted items, you may do so up to 30 days after receipt of items for either a refund, exchange or store credit. Please note that delivery, picking and packing charges are non-refundable.

Damaged/Missing Goods

If your order arrived damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately on 0207 392 5600 or by emailing mmc@bdainc.com.

Please keep hold of any damaged or incorrect items as we will arrange for the goods to be collected free of charge and organise either a refund or replacement to be send out to you as quickly as possible.
